#1

Create a Todo

Use Todo to write down work you need to finish later.

1Open Todo

Click Create and choose Todo.

2Add the task

Write a clear task name, like Submit report or Call client.

3Add details

Add a short description if the task needs extra information.

4Save it

Save the Todo so it appears in your task list.

Example: create a Todo named Send invoice and add the description Send the final invoice to the finance team.
#2

Add date and time

You can choose when the Todo should remind you.

Date

Pick the day when the task should be done.

Time

Add a time if you want a reminder at a specific moment.

Anytime

Use Anytime when the task is for a day, but does not need an exact time.

Repeat

Use repeat for tasks that happen again, like daily, weekly, or monthly work.

#3

Get the notification and open the Todo

When the selected time arrives, cmdOS shows a reminder for the Todo.

1Wait for the time

cmdOS keeps the saved date and time for the Todo.

2See the notification

At the selected time, a reminder notification appears.

3Open the Todo

Click the notification to open the Todo and continue the task.

4Complete it

Mark the Todo as done when the work is finished.

Example: set Call client for 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, the notification appears and opens that Todo.
